Ermilkina graduated with a B.F.A. in Painting from School of Art of F. Vasiliev and an M.F.A. from State Art and Industry Academy in 1998. In 2005 Ermilkina moved to the United States and has had the opportunity to show her work at prestigious art institutions such as The New York Museum of Contemporary Art, The Hunter Museum of American Art, Artspace Warehouse Los Angeles, David Parker NYC. Emilkina draws inspiration from cityscapes and skylines to create expressionist paintings characterized by her interest in architecture, pointillism, and abstraction.
